Copy-paste prompt
Every Friday at 2pm, look at last week's posts on [channels] and find the top 3 by saves and clicks. Tell me what they have in common. Then draft 5 to 7 posts for next week in [calendar sheet], each with a date, channel, hook, body, call to action and the image or video it needs. Mix formats that are working with one new experiment. Don't publish or schedule anything.
Fill in everything in [square brackets]. Put your approval rules (see the free operator's charter) above it.
What you need
- Analytics export or platform insights (browser)
- Your topics and offers list
How the agent does it
- Pull last week's posts with reach, saves, clicks and comments.
- Find the top 3 by saves and clicks, not likes, and what they had in common.
- Draft 5-7 posts for next week mixing proven formats and one experiment.
- Put them in the calendar sheet with the date, channel, hook, body, CTA and asset needed.
What you get
A calendar sheet of draft posts with a short 'why' line for each.
| Schedule | Fridays at 2pm. |
|---|---|
| Needs your approval | Publishing or scheduling posts needs approval. |
| How to check it worked | Each draft states which past post or data point inspired it. |
Common mistakes
- Auto-posting. Keep humans on publish, especially for brand accounts.
Setting it up in each agent
In Grok Bot
Ask the Bot to run the prompt once and review the result. Then say "Save the process we just used as a skill called 'Content calendar from what's working'" and "Create a routine that runs the Content calendar from what's working skill fridays at 2pm". Grok Bot's docs say a Bot can own up to 50 routines, schedules must be at least five minutes apart, and you should use Test run before you enable one.
In Meta Muse
Paste the prompt into Muse and ask it to remember the job and run it on the schedule. Muse asks for approval before outbound actions and purchases, so keep the 'don't send' line in the prompt. Before you rely on it, check that Muse can reach the apps this recipe needs.
In ChatGPT Dots
Give your dot the prompt as an ongoing goal and set the schedule. Dots can work between chats and ask for approval before sensitive actions. OpenAI says background work counts toward your plan's allowance, so match the frequency to what you actually need.
Run it by hand once with harmless inputs before you schedule it. A test run does real work.
